Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Colville has been creating healthy happy smiles in Seguin for over 20 years. The path that led to Seguin started in west Texas. Born in Lubbock, Dr. Colville completed high school in El Paso then went on to the University of Arizona on a golf scholarship where he graduated with a biochemistry degree. The journey to south central Texas started when he attended dental school in San Antonio and then moved east to Houston to complete orthodontic specialty training. Dr. Colville met his future wife, Margie, while in dental school and when looking for a place to eventually call home, Seguin became the perfect fit for the family. The small-town lifestyle where everyone knows everybody is exactly what he and Margie were looking for.
Dr. Colville is a leader in the orthodontic profession. As a recognized expert, Dr. Colville lectures extensively around the U.S., primarily teaching orthodontic specialists on the use of Invisalign branded clear aligners for teenage and adult patients. In addition, Dr. Colville has been teaching future orthodontists for over 10 years at the dental school in Houston where he received his training. Dr. Colville has published numerous professional articles and has held leadership positions in the orthodontic profession on the local, state and regional levels. Currently, Dr. Colville advocates for healthcare issues that benefit all families; and he travels regularly to Austin and Washington to champion these issues with lawmakers. Making people smile is more than a great job – it’s a passion he wants to share with the entire community.
Meet Our Staff
Ashley – Orthodontic Technician
Ashley joined Dr. Colville’s office in March of 2016. She bring with her 13 years of orthodontic experience. She is a Texas Registered Dental Assistant with certifications in Radiology, OSHA and CPR. She loves seeing patients smile once their braces are removed. Ashley enjoys floating down the Comal River with friends and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Sevon – Orthodontic Technician
Von has been working for Dr. Colville since August 2014. She Brings 18 years of orthodontic experience to his practice. She is a Texas Registered Dental Assistant with certifications in Radiology, CPR and Coronal Polishing. She loves her job and can’t wait to see the final result on the patients. She believes that a beautiful smile can take you far in life. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her 2 beautiful daughters. She love camping, hiking and adventuring with her family.
Michelle – Treatment Coordinator
Michelle has worked for Dr. Colville since August of 2002 as an Orthodontic Technician and now offers her expertise as our Treatment Coordinator. Michelle is a Texas Registered Dental Assistant with a CPR certification. She has attended the Intensive Workshop with Peniche and Associates to receive her Certification for Treatment Coordinating. Michelle and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors with their two sons.
Anissa – Financial Coordinator
Anissa has been working for Dr. Colville since June 2007. She is our Insurance and Finance Coordinator. She always tries to stay current and up to date in our “always changing” insurance world that we live in. She completed a Medical Financial management course at TLU. She enjoys her job and loves to shares in the excitement of the “beginning” process to a new smile. Her greatest joy is spent with her family and all of their extracurricular activities.
Sherry – Orthodontic Technician
Sherry has worked for Dr. Colville since July 2004. She brings over 25 years of Orthodontic experience to offer his patients. She is a Texas Registered Dental Assistant with certifications in Radiology, CPR and Coronal Polishing. Along with her chair side skills she also is in charge of the inventory and ordering of all the clinical supplies. She loves her job and receives great joy in helping to create beautiful smiles across Texas! She is married and very proud of her five children. In her free time, she loves gardening, working in her yard and spending time with her family.
